The BIG and the small.

At Amplified Schools Marketing, we PLAN and we DO.

School leaders get the importance of the planning. It’s researching your audience and competitors, it’s articulating your message, then mapping out and budgeting your next steps.

When it comes to the doing, that’s harder to explain.

And when Headteachers and Business Managers ask me, "what we do when providing implementation support"...it’s tough to know where to start.

But here goes.

We do the big things: website builds, prospectus design, setting up systems, staff training, social media audits, social media and Google ads, photography, videography, results press releases, lesson templates, and more.

We also do the small things: writing and editing social media posts (lots of those!), postcards, redesigning letter headers, hanging up banners, last minute touch-ups on a presentation for governors…

We’ve even designed posters, invitations, tickets and programmes for one secondary school’s production of the Lion King!

Why did we do that? Why support with something so small?

Because the poster was going up around school, seen by staff, students and visitors.

Because the invitations and tickets were sent to all parents, those currently at the school and local primaries. Because the programmes were given to all who attended, and in some small way it helped to make the evening an even greater success.=

Our implementation support is here to improve your communications with your community.

When you really think about it, that is an enormous remit.

We do have to prioritise, but we like to help out wherever we can.

With the big.

And the small.
