Meet the team

Alex Parker

Co-founder and Creative Director

Alex is a former history teacher, head of year, and acting assistant headteacher with a focus on marketing and PR. His extensive experience in schools gives him a unique perspective on how to engage communities and effectively promote successes. In 2023, Alex founded the business, bringing his expertise to help schools thrive.

Leading on secondary and independent schools, Alex collaborates closely with Sarah to develop strategies that help schools strengthen their culture. He also creates our pre-made wall displays, which save teachers valuable time while enhancing student engagement and fostering a dynamic learning environment.

Flo Parker

Primary Partnerships and Operations Director and co-founder

Flo began her career in a small marketing agency, just like ours, before moving into the world of corporate online education. For Flo, education and personal development have always been at the heart of her journey. As an ACC Certified Career and Life Coach, she’s dedicated to not only growing herself but also supporting the development of the entire team.

At AmplifiED, Flo oversees the day-to-day operations and focuses on building the company’s future. She also leads on Partnership Management for our primary schools, working closely with Chloe to ensure we provide exceptional support.

Chloe Jones

Primary Partnerships Marketing Manager

Chloe moved to London to study acting but soon discovered her passion for supporting children’s success. Her experience as a Learning Support Assistant in an Infant School cemented her love for working in education, whether through teaching drama, classroom support, or performing for thousands of schoolchildren across the country.

At AmplifiED, Chloe leads on social media for our primary schools and works closely with Flo to provide tailored marketing support. Her creativity and firsthand experience in education ensure that every campaign resonates with schools, families, and communities alike.

Sarah Oluwole

Secondaries Partnerships Marketing Manager

Sarah began her career as a Teaching Assistant and Cover Teacher in a secondary school, gaining firsthand insight into how schools operate. She now applies that experience to her role, handling everything from graphic design to long-term marketing projects.

Working closely with Alex and the team, Sarah develops creative solutions that help schools engage their communities, strengthen their culture, and share their successes effectively. With a passion for social media, fashion, and design, she brings a fresh, visually impactful approach to her work, ensuring that every project makes a lasting impression.
